REPAIRS/MAINT TO FLOORING, JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTINGS and OTHER ALLIED WORKS TO CERTAIN MD/OTM ACCN AT CHH SAMBHAJINAGAR MIL STATION UNDER GE(S) AHILYANAGAR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, block or stone walls or ceilings etc (at any height) incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on in CM 1:6 fair faces of brick/concrete sufaces surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions) on other than fair faces of brick work masonary surface or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean redius, built in cement mortar 1:6 with and including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered internal surfaces of wall and applying two coat of acrylic distemper of required shade and colour complete including one coat of primer as per manufacturer's specifications in any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces or previously untreated sufaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for newly plastered wall surfaces, preparation of surface and applying applying two coats of 100% premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint (weather coat) alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1.5 mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty in new or old decorated surfaces of walls and sanding the surfaces till smooth finish is obtained for receiving finishes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified .
