Dismantling asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) including ridges in large patches as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dismantling existing wind tie and refixing the same where required for taking down of sheets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheets, 0.5 mm thick of any colour, AZ150, having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering or ridges with side lap and end laps, hips and straight flashing fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Colour & Pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

Note:- Colour & Pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in Rolled sections section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates. Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, support for rain water pipes & valley gutters, as in frames of drain covers etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted includes painting of members of trusses at any height as per site conditions.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. S&F, in repair, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to walls all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
