Disconnecting electric connection, cable, panel & earthing, dismantling from foundatinon of DG set of capacity 200 KVA with/without canopy, loading in vehicle including AMF panel & deposting to E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & taking out UG cables of any size any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, if any, shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Sch 'A'/BOQ.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 1500RPM of capacity 200 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire,415 volt, 0.8 PF, complete with control panel including integrated powder coated acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations and duly certified by agencies/labs designated by CPCB for noise and sound pollution level, etc floor mounted including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following :-

(A) DIESEL ENGINE required capacity for driving 200 KVA alternator multi cylinder, vertical type, 4 stroke, water cooled, electric start conforming to IS : 10001/10002/BS-5514 for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hours complete and comprising of the following :- (i) Radiator (ii) Radiator fan with guard (iii) Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Air cleaner oil bath type (v) Vacuum indicator (vi) Electronic governor (vii) Exhaust silencer (viii) Fuel filter & fuel hoses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan & water pump assembly (xi) Lub oil filter & Pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery adequate NOs, 12 volts DC or as per manufacturers design including interconnecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch, volt meter etc - 01 Set. (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low lub oil pressure and high water temperaure (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charger (xv) Oil filter (xvii) All accessories as per relevant IS standard.

(B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL digital type indicating the following (i) Starting switch on/off (ii) Water temp indicator (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure (v) Lub oil temperature (vi) Battery charging meter/indicator (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure

(C) ALTERNATOR Shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 200 KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz , three phase four wire system with advance electric voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming IS- 13364 complete- 1 No.

(D) Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacture- NOTE:- Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

(E) Steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 16 hrs continuous operation, with fuel level guage, drain plug, locking arrengements, etc with & including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m width and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying cables/pipes all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick after the cables are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying PCC cable covers , unrainforced, ISI marked, Type -2 ,class LV , flat size 300 mm X 150 mm X40 mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing off load changeover switch 315/320 Amps 4 pole, 415 Volts in sheet steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead to GI strip 32 x 6 mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass connected all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I(2009), including necessary earth work and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 pit including charcoal & common salt in alternate layers of 150 mm thick, Gi pipe 20 mm bore medium grade watering pipe with PGI funnel with wire mesh, cover 40 mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 75 mm centre to centre both ways, lifting handel 2 Nos of 12 mm dia MS round bar on both sides fixed in MS angle iron frame 40x40x5 mm and GI strip 32x 6mm from earth plate to test point upto 7.5m including 40mm bore protection pipe, medium grade wherever buried underground including testing point of Phosphorous bronze/gun metal of size 75x75x25 mm and connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: The value of Earth resistance at test point shall not be geater than 5.0 ohms. If ER is greater than 5.0 ohms, the contractor shall provide additional earthings and interconnect to bring the ER value within acceptable limit.
