Providing & fixing P.O.P. false ceiling at all heights including poroviding & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/sq, (both side inclusive) as per IS 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm clc, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers or 25 x 10 x 0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c'c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mn each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm clc, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I ntermediate channel with connecting cip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws 230mm interval, including laying of P.O.P. ceiling of average thickness 12 to 14mm reinforced with chicken mesh with ceiling sections including the cost of making opening for light fittings/concealed lighting, sound speakers, making suspended acoustical clouds, space for Curtains/ blinds, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels etc suitably fixed by giving required offsets, excluding the cost of painting all complete as per and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing Plaster of Paris over walls 3mm to 5mm thick after scraping old distemper or emulsion from the existing surface including chipping of surface and cost of scaffolding etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing sunshade including sides consisting made out the frame M.S. pipe 25x25x2mm and in the support of flat of size 25 x 6 mm and fixing 1.5 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with the help of self drlling screw. The rate also includes the fixing of the frame with fastners, including cutting chase in wall and paintng two coats of special quality paint over one coat of metal primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 3.0 mm thick clear polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS / wooden frame with self drilling machine screws / complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
