Lowering PVC/ DWSC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus-stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mm dia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Dewatering using 40HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Construction of Precast circular RCC machine hole using sulphate resistant cement with M30 design mix concrete using Crushed stones and (Msand)including earth work excavation as per SS20B including timbering and pumping charges (for 2.5m depth and above), Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm B.G.jelly for foundation, supplying and filling sand for bedding, Providing base units of 1m height (base slab and side wall), riser unit (with out corbel)of varying heigh tsto suit the various depth requirements and roof slab including cost of steel reinforcement, cost off abricating the steel mould using MS sheet and ISA angles including material and labour cost ,Providing CIs teps, fixing FRC machine hole frame and door, benching and channelling, refilling with excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth, joining of precast units by grouting with CM 1:1 and polyurethane base dwater proofing compound 1% (by weigh tof cement)at shear keyand protruded bars-groutholes locations,Costofconveyanceanderectionchargesofprecastmachineholeattherequiredpositionasdirectedbytheengineeratsiteincludingtestingthemachneholewithwaterfor48hourstocheckwatertightnessandrectifyingthedefectsif anyfor the following sizes and depths.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means
