All as per above item No 1.00 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore.

M&L for 100 mm bore Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socketed/ Flanged type ends centrifugally cast class K- 9,in any length , laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 150 mm bore Ductile iron pipe with Flanged ends centrifugally cast class K- 9,in any length , laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 150 mm bore Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast class K- 9,in any length , laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & fixing 50mm bore steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixture fixed to laid in Trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : Jindal/swastik/Prakash Surya.

M&L for fitting for cast/ Ductile iron pipe like as bends (any type ,radius and angle), taper any type, straight ,bend, increasing, decreasing or double socketed etc ) Tee pieces single branch , cross( all sockets and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement of 100 mm bore sluice valve, cast iron body, both end flanged type in same position comprising with high tensile steel spindle, class PN-1.6,( ISI marked), conforming to IS-14846-2000, operating wheel, including nut bolt & washers for flanged joints and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Supply & fixing Gun metal Ball Valves 50 mm cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with handle screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Leader/ venus/L&T/ Jindal

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of following sizes (internal dimension) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and M.S sheet cover 5 mm thick and angle iron 40 x 40 x 4 mm frame including locking arrangement with lock and key of 50mm brass and 6 lever complete all as specified, duly painting the steel surfaces in two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including plaster and PCC work complete all as specified:-

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock/hard dense soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqmr on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil n. exc 50 m to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for road cutting upto the depth of 1 mtr and width of 5 mtr and making good surface after completion of laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work angle iron as required in valve pits etc. and one two coat tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation, filling & mass concrete, bed of manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS plate or angle, channel, square cut or notched with riveted, bolted, or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F free chlorine testing kit having two devices each for raw and treated water incl testing tube at main water point , PPM sample available up to 0.2 to 2 PPM. Testing kit case made out of wooden/fibre complete all as specified and directed.
