Emulsion Treated Base with 3.5% emulsion & 1% OPC Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (with 3.5% Emulsion SS and OPC cement @ 1% by weight of Mix) specification including premixing the material with water and cement at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H Specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Bituminious Concrete 40 mm Thick Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor contorl to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects. Construction of Sub Grade and Earthen Shoulders using Carted earth Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits (Carted Earth) with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 as per MORT&H Specifications clause 305. Cement Pointing Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1300 & 2200. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

RCC Grade M 25 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1500. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Supply & Placing of Reinforcement Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1600. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.
