Dismantling existing ACSR conductor of any size/type from PCC/Steel poles/HT overhead line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from site as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Taking down existing unserviceable HT cable complete for replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable insulators any type and size from poles including for reuse or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable GOD vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulator and operating mechanism complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning air break isolating switch tripple pole mechanically operated with vertical isolation, 12 insulators mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operating rod of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and locking arrangement of capacity 400 Amps 11 KV with drop out fuse set including making all incoming/outgoing connection of HT cable and ocerhead conductor using new leads and nuts, bolts etc and painting of steel work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F in replacement lighteneing arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, suitable for 11000 Volts grade transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 4mm dia GI earth wire complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size on poles, stretched on LT poles without any kink and bends of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with Aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 11000 volts grade disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm heigh 255mm dia ball and socket type white or brown or green with tension clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous white or brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected with copper earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to busbar, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 Mtrs with 40mm protection pipe shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement Copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS Channel/angle iron/flat iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms, bracing and support including, MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts, and washers drilled for insulators including painting two coats of synthetic enemel paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suppling, fixing and erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-55, 11.0 mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and Earth Work ,PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting, opening, overhaulig of RMU (SF6 gas filled circuit breaker/isolator) of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the RMU after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for testing and calibration of 11KV RMU (SF6 gas filled circuit breaker/isolator) indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays system (relay to tripping coil auxiliary switch male and female housing cut outs etc), checking of quality of SF6 gas filled circuit breaker, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing (IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer (Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the RMU, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply install ,testing and commissioning in replacement of Micro processor base relay (02 O/C + 01 EF) for 11 KV RMU (SF6 gas filled circuit breaker/isolator) panel , rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: ABB Model No: ASHIDA Numerical self powered protection relay ADR141S or equivalent in CG/ SIEMENS. Note: (i) Necessary addition/ alteration to existing RMU front panel such as cutting/welding of front size of panel board/position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) The digital relay shall have following protections (a) Phase over current protection (b) earth fault protection (c) Over voltage (d) Breaker failure indication (e) Auxiliary power supply 24-110 V DC

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, foundations of poles/stays etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr depth up to 3.0 M and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying Precast in reinforced Concrete cable covers Class HV, type B-1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, filling of mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for old and new poles including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for heat shrinkable type end termination joint kit indoor type suitable for XLPE insulated HT cable 11000 Volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and acessories alongwith testing after jointing including taking out the old unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for heat shrinkable type end termination joint kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated HT cable 11000 Volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and acessories alongwith testing after jointing including taking out the old unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for heat shrinkable straight through joint kit suitable for XLPE insulated HT cable 11000 Volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and acessories alongwith testing after jointing including taking out the old unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40x6mm flat iron member of height 0.60m and 80mm dia CI plate, embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 20cm x 20cm x 30cm block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous, enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25x3m MS flat, bolts and nuts for HT 25 x 20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for road cuttig existing road for crossing of underground electric cable for laying of any size GI tubing including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminious carpet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Width of trench shall be 15 cm and depth shall be up to 30 cm.

Supply and Fixing in replacement galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends with apporoval sealing compound etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in old size bricks in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the bindings of loose overhead conductor of HT lines from insulators and restringing the same for proper sag and rebinding with new aluminium binding wires at insulators, making all jumpers and inter connections of conductors at cut points as well as turnings using PG clamps of suitable size as per size of conductor for any type of conductor including restringing of continuous GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Trimming of tree branches upto 3 m all around the conductors is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Three ACSR conductors and two GI earth wire will be measured as one unit length for payment. (iii) Cost of PG clamps, aluminium winding wire and eye hook for GI earth wire are included in the rates coated for restringing.

S&F in replacement Stay assembly complete with acessories as shown in electrical plate no 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately) with 16 mm dia stay rod including taking down old U/S same items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply in replacement and fixing PG clamp die cast aluminium of suitable size of over head line of ACSR conductor connections for PT's CTs isolators connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
