CIVIL WORK

Drilling of bore well of 150 mm dia including transportation from the place with in the above district in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of ckay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc by first taking pilot of 140mm/150mm/200mm dia and the enlarging to required dia by direct or revise rotary mud circulation method using contractor’s rig fuel labour drilling betonies mud and water required for the drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers upto 60M depth ending below ground level.

Upto 60 to 90M depth

Reaming from 140/150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the departmental officers Upto 60 M depth ending below Ground level.

Supplying and fixing of PVC casing pipe 0f 150 mm dia in 3M length each as per ISI 12818 / 1982 to suit deep bore for delivery at site including loading and unloading, freight, transit insurance etc., complete.

Labour charges for inserting 150 mm dia PVC casing pipe assembly (with slot or without slot) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC coupler and cement paste etc.,, complete supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality including conveyance is approved by the departmental officers. Upto 90M depth ending below ground level.

Supplying and Erection of 2 H.P submersible pumpset confirming to IS-14220 with ISI mark 75x75 LPM X mts Suitable for 150mm bore well complete complying with standard specification including suitable 3-phase panel board with DOL with two level guard starter and accessories and labour charges for erection of submersible pump set in bore well including fixing and jointing the submersible cable(but excluding cost of 4sqmm -3core copper cable) with proper clamps,pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of panel board consisting of JPICN switch starter, voltmeter, ammeter, 3pilot(indicating) lamps capacitor,single phase preventometer,water level guard and laying and jointing the cable and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing pump set on trail run for 3days etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth valves erection clamps pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer, water level guard and laying and jointing cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trial run for 10 days.

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirmin to ISI3947 IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(+ 5%) and 415 V+10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter. Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and on/off push button switches 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq.mm/1.5 sq.mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor ( The cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).

Supply of 2.50 sq.mm / PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable for submersible motor confirming to IS 694 / 1990 for openwell subermible pumpset erection in the filtration well No.1 etc., complete.

Supply and fixing the Nylon Rope to connect the submersible motor in borewell etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 32mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia HDPE pipe for bore to connect the submersible bore etc., complete.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 32mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing in position 40mm dia GI Hex Nipple of heavy duty of approved quality and good variety including cost of fixing charges necessary cutting and threading, jointing the Specials etc complete.
