PCC 1:2:4 for foundation/Pedestal for the structure required deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
Supply, Installation, Erection, testing and commissioning of GI structure. Posmac/Hot dip for 50 KW SPV systems with proper grouting PCC 1:2:4 type B1 which can with stand 150KM/Hr high wind speed so that the system cannot get uprooted from ground due to high wind pressure.
Cost of lightening Arrester ESE type protection including Earthing's Air termination and other accessories i.e. copper strip of 20x3mm thick, nut bolts, washers, insulations etc. requirement for connecting the system as recommended by manufacturer deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
Cost of all the accessories from serial number listed in 1.01 to 1.12 is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
Material and labour earthing with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3 mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation, earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Total 06 Nos = Earthing for module-02 Nos, Inverter-02 Nos and Lightening arrester- 02 Nos. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, Copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.
Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of Bi-directional /Hotspot /wifi/ GPRS /Ethernet LAN communication energy meter 415 Volt 3 Phase with CT & PT metering at line end in SPV Plant Showing Power generated by the Solar Power System complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Nos
Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of ABT energy meter with 11 KV HT CT & PT metering cubicle of class 0.5/0.2 with necessary 2 pole structures, connected switchgears etc shall be provided as approved by state DISCOM under the metering scheme, to measure the delivered quantum of energy to the grid for sale complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Nos (Note: On grid connection & MOU will be the responsibility of contractor and all the charge will be born by the contractor)
Note:- The contractor shall submit MOU from the OEM of Manufacturer of the Solar System (MNRE approved). The contractor shall submit consent/readiness letter from the OEM and upload the same along with his offer failing which the financial bid shall not be opened.
Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule
Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as required for laying of cables, foundation, filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.
Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
