Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No 01 above but more than 1.5 Mtr and upto 2 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metal box MS enclosure made out of CRCA sheet 3.00mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm x 250mm depth complete with three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and fixing of 3P, 100A MCCB mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS Clamps of size 32 x 6 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for MCCB 100 Amp, Aluminium Busbar 3 pole and 1 neutral of 200 Amp, epoxy insulators and MS clamps of size 32 x 3mm included in this item rate.

Supply and joint in replacement of cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 70/95 sqmm 3.5 all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 2 core 6 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with 100A Aluminium TPN bus bar, 240V, Neutral link and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and joint cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 10 sqmm 4 core to 16 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on LT panel boards of size 20x15 mm

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of air break gang operated device, triple pole mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11 KV H.T. porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod, 25mm dia of suitaale length with operating mechanism working from ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle, suitable for current rating upto 200 Amp, 11000 Volts working pressure all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of dropout fuse unit explusion type for outdoor air break swirch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 10-60 Amps only all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone aggregate 40mm graded spreading and leveling aroung 2 pole/ 4 pole structure where GOD installed including well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Lightening arresters station class complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, suitable for 11000 Volts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pin type, polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of disc type insulator polymer type, 11 KV for 4 pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for platform suitable for the transformer of capacity 250 KVA with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded coarse stone aggregates, 150mm thick in foundation, RR Stone masonry work in CM 1:6, pointing to stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting bolts etc for panel over and including moorum filling. The platform shall be of 3.0x 3.0 x 1.5 mtr height above ground level and of adequate size leaving minimum 300 mm all around the transformer for movements. All as shown on drawing No CEPZ/98/TD/6 sheet No 2/2 of dated 21 Apr 98 except size of Platform.

M&L for replacement of pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”. Note: These earthings shall be provided for poles; without provision of concrete earth pits.

Supply and fixing in replacement of RCC cable route marker/ indicator of size 0.30mtr x 0.10 mtr x 0.90 mtr complete including painting with one coat of primer and two coat oil paint as per colour coding specified by Engineer-in-Charge for exposed surface, excavation, PCC, etc included in this item rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel corrugated sheet 0.63 mm thick of Red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of new or previously untreated surfaces including priming with redoxide, zinc chrome alongwith two coat of synthetic enamelled paint for surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.
