Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cmx23cmx2cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and threee sand)12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound cnonforming to I.S.at 2% by wwight.

Supply and delivery of 1000 litre Tank including all charges etc, completed.

Planstering with cement mortar 1:5 mix using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.
