Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

b)Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

c) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cold twisted bars.

6 mm (six milimetre) thick ceiling plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Square / rectangular Hollow tube work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using tube etc. as required. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
