Installation of 2 nos. transfer cars for caster CV1 of SMS-III, at Bhilai Steel Plant

• 1) The bidder should have carried out design/ engineering, supply, erection/ supervision of erection, commissioning/ supervision of commissioning of at least one number electro mechanically driven transfer car of minimum 100T capacity in the last 15 years in any steel plant as on the date of NIT.

• i) Work order/ any other letter of award of work/ Contract document / Purchase order issued by client having scope of work as per (1) above i.e. design/ engineering, supply, erection/ supervision of erection, commissioning/ supervision of commissioning.

• ii) Commissioning certificate/ Performance certificate/ Completion certificate/ Final acceptance Certificate/ any other documents issued by the client showing completion of the job; corresponding to 1 (i) above.

• The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

• 2) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• 3) i. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four years ending 31st March 2023 shall be at least Rs.5.0 Crore. (Rupees Five crores only).

• 3) ii. The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports (Profit & Loss Statement and Balance sheet in English language) in support of the above.

• 3) iii. Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per audited annual accounts.

• 3) iv. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards; shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

• 3) v. Bidder should submit self-declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of ITB of section II of SBD) that No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
