Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (nB13:B28ot exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock site [2mx2mx1.5m=6cum for 01 no. of lighting tower] Total for 02 nos. of lighting towers=02 x 6 cum =12cum

Providing of 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) for tripod type lighting tower structure of 40ft length; (For 1 length i.e. 10' height--> length of 50mm pipe used= (03 nos. x 10'); Total length of pipe --> 04 lengths x (03 nos. x 10') x 05% wastage= 126' (or 38.41mtr) for 01 no. of lighting tower; For 02 nos. of lighting towers= 02 x 38.41mtrs = 76.82 mtr

Providing of 12mm square bar; [For 01 length i.e. 10" ---> length of square bar={(04 x 3') + (03 x 3' cos45)} x 03 sides] x 04 lengths; Total= 74.19' x 04 lengths = 296.76' x 05% wastage = 311.598' (or 94.97mtr) ; For 12mm square bar(i.e. 1.13kg/m), Total weight of square bar--> 94.97mtr x 1.13kg/m= 107.32kg for 01 no. of lighting tower; For 02 nos. of lighting towers = 02 x 107.3kg = 214.6kg

Providing of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron ; [On Top length---> length of angle iron= (03 nos. x 05') + (03 nos. x 3') + (03 nos. x 2') = 30'] + [In Bottom length --> {(03 nos. x 3') x 2 nos.}=18']; Total angle iron length= 48' x 03% wastage = 49.44' (or 15.07 mtr)---> Total Weight of angle iron of size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm (i.e. 5.8kg/m) = 15.07mtr x 5.8kg/m = 87.41kg for 01 no. of lighting tower; For 02 nos. of lighting towers= 02 x 87.41kg =174.82kg

Cutting of GI Pipe of 50mm(or 2") dia. , 12mm square bar and Angle iron (65mm x 65mm x 6mm) by gas cutting as per instruction of engineer in charge; (i)GI pipe---> [06 nos. x 16cm(circumference) x 1 ] + (ii)12mm square bar --->[80 nos. x 12mm x 1] + (iii)Angle iron---> [20 nos. x (65mm + 65mm) x 1] ; Total length of cut = 452cm for 01 lighting tower]; For 02 lighting tower = 02 x 452cm = 904cm

Welding of GI pipe to flange, Square bar to pipe & Angle iron to flange/angle iron as per instruction of engineer in charge. [904cm x 2layer] = 1808cm

Providing of 02" dia. GI Flange(H/D) ; 24 nos. of flanges for 01 lighting tower; For 02 nos. of lighting tower---> 2nos. X 24 = 48 flanges

Providing of MS Nut bolts 5/8" x 4" full thread; [48 flange x 04 nos.= 192 nos.] ---> 192 nos./(4 nos./kg) = 48kg

Providing of MS plain washer 5/8"

Transporting of lighting tower including loading, unloading by contractual labour & transported by departmental truck to the proposed site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required; 2m x 2m x 1.5m =6cum for 01 no. of lighting tower; For 02 nos. of lighting towers= 12cum

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 2 x 2.5 sq. mm; For 02 nos. of lighting tower---> 210mtr(Approx)

Erection cost of lighting tower manually in correct direction and jamming the same as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing of Red oxide Zinc chromate primer for primer painting of lighting tower

Providing of Aluminium paint for painting of lighting tower

Fixing of light fitting of lighting tower (light fitting supply departmentally)

Providing and fixing of timer switch, 32A with contactor and all other accessories.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
