Transportation of Genset with electrical panel and other equipments/ items from ANM School in the Fisheries Training Institute, Foreshore Road Marine Hill to PHC, Tushnabad by means of mechanical transport including disconnection of electrical connections, lifting, loading, positioning at work site, installation, testing and commissioning as required.

Providing and fixing of following rating and breaking capacity, 4 pole, 415V, MCCB having thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in the existing MCCB sheet steel enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 100A, 25 KA

Supplying and fixing 4 Pole MCCB sheet steel enclosure duly painted with powder coating for mounting MCCB SS Enclosure Similar to Havells Cat NO. IHEGFP (but without MCCB) as required.

Supplying and fixing of 100A, 415Vac, 4 way Busbar chamber on the wall, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated Heavy duty armoured Aluminium conductor UG Cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) and IS No. 1554 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable Make: CCI/Gloster/ Havells/ Polycab/ Finolex etc., as required. a) 70 Sq. mm x 3.5 Core

Supplying and laying of One number Double walled corrugated high density poly ethylene pipe having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall confirming to IS: 14930 Part -II complete with necessary HDPE fitting for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at depth of 50cm i/c cutting the concrete footpath and making good the same by plastering(if required), excavation and refilling the trench, etc. as required. a) 77mm outer dia & 63mm inner dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3.5 x 70 Sq.mm

Supplying and drawing of 3 core, 2.5 sq mm sheathed cable similar to Polycab/ Anchor/ Finolex, etc., in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required a) 20 m

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2 mtr, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 19 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.
