S & F in replacemnet of MCB DB's 4 Way TPN, 415 volts for mounting MCBs/RCBO's ELCB's etc. as per IS specification of factory made fabricated out of CRCA sheet 1.2 mm thick powder coated fitted with DIN Channel neutral link and 200 Amps rated bus bar.The DB's shall double door type . Inner door fixed on spring loaded hinges with locking arrangement & outer door openable hinged with locking arrangement having IP-43 protection.

S & F in replacement of MCB DB's 8 Way SPN, 240 volts for mounting MCBs/RCBO's ELCB's etc. as per IS specification of factory made fabricated out of CRCA sheet 1.2 mm thick powder coated fitted with DIN Channel neutral link and 200 Amps rated bus bar.The DB's shall double door type . Inner door fixed on spring loaded hinges with locking arrangement & outer door openable hinged with locking arrangement having IP-43 protection.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 415V 10KA 'C' curve MCB of 40-100 Amps TPN/4P and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

M&L for taking down old unsv submain wiring from existing places/ wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two runs of single core PVC insulated cable FRLS with Multi Strand copper conductor of size 6 Sq. mm and drawing into PVC conduit including one run of PVC insulated 6 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth wire complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two runs of single core PVC insulated cable FRLS with Multi Strand copper conductor of size 4 Sq. mm and drawing into PVC conduit including one run of PVC insulated 4 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth wire complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and all as specified including testing on completion.Notes: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II and also refer Plate No-03. Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. Note :- Earthing will be redone if desied erath result not found during testing of the same at site.
