Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on RCC ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for scraping and removing old paint of desert cooler body (steel surfaces) and preparation of steel surfaces including necessary denting, cutting, welding etc for spray painting with approved smoke gray synthetic enameled paint (Ist quality) over a coat of Zinc chromate primer on outer surface and inner surface i.e. Water tank and body fan mounting blades shall be painted with a coat of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of Zinc chromate primer complete for desert cooler of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in - Charge.
