Package No OR-20-703 (L046-R.D. Road to Kodukuguda) under PMGSY-IV Batch-I

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with ordinary motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density and C.B.R>20, complete as per Technical specification clause 402 of MORD specification for Rural Road and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, crushable screening/Stone Screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.i) Grading -II

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.

Filling in foundation trenches with approved quality of sand as per clause 1108, 305.3.9 & 1200 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of M-15 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
