Replacement of SS sleeve, machining, key way etc. as required.
Repairing of SS shaft by remetalling bearing size & balancing by machining & also proper size of bearing, impeller & impeller nut, gland housing etc. as required, repairing of key way of impeller & key way of couplings.
Providing & Fixing of SS check nut made from SS-304 duly machined, boring, threading etc. as required & making keys for tightening purpose of upper taper cone roller bearing.
Repairing of guide of taper bearing to tight the bearings in proper position during figment of bearing etc.
Replacement of SS impeller nut (As per sample).
Replacement of bearing No. 29348, 23048 & 6232. The bearing will be provided by the deptt. (Make:- NBC / OKG).
Repairing of gland plate by remetalling, facing & boring.
Repairing of gland housing by machining & fixing of bush to avoiding leakage during operation of pump.
Repairing of SS impeller by repairing of its van with SS welding & made proper curve of impeller by welding, heating by gas cutter and bending in proper direction to lifting of welding & also making proper angle i.e. as per original shape & size.
Balancing of impeller dynamically.
Assembling of rotating assembly with SS shaft repaired with new bearing, Ss sleeve, impeller keys, gland housing greasing of new bearing & bearing tight bush with SS new check nut for proper assembly of bearing & impeller & impeller nut with proper handling of bearing house & shaft bearing & impeller etc. as per required parts & assembly of rotating assembly.
Removing of dead flange from the main CI body & fixing of rotating assembly in the main body by EOT Crane & new packing & tightening of nut for complete rotating assembly in CI body fixing of electric motor on the coupling set & its foundation bolt & tightening of all foundation bolt & coupling bolt in all respect of electric connection to electric motor.
Opening of suction & delivery valve of the line & start the pump with full load & checking the complete pump set in all respect with testing & commissioning charges under the supervision of site engineer.
