Picking BT Surface Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Formation of Earthern Shoulders Using Conveyed Earth collection and supply of carted earth from the approved quarry at an average lead of 15 km including cost and conveyance of convered earth all materials to site anf labour charges , including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Gravel Shoulders Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Laying of Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Slow Setting Emulsion (SS-1) 7.00 Kg Applying PRIMECOAT over WBM/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Rapid Setting Emulsion (RS-1) 2.5 Kg Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Bituminous macadam 50mm Thick Providing and laying 50mm Compacted thick Bituminous macadam using 26.50-11.2mm graded metal and 0.10 cum of 13.20-2.36mm grade metal with 37.00kgs of VG30/VG40 for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP asper clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.3 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and fixing of MGSMT Retro Reflective Name board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and in compliance with IRC 67-2022 specifications (Para 6.5.2). Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 800mm size fixed at top & 900mm x 750mm fixed at bottom duly riveted to existing flange/MS Sheet space given in the existing structure. MGSMT logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type IV grade Class B standard of IRC 67- 2022 and specification communicated by the Director RD&PR letter No : 74399/2022/TU1dated 14.08.2023 to be followed
