Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring and strutting and balling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix(one cement ,four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and errection of steel centering for RCC works using MS sheets and angles and strutting upto 3.00M in height including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2 :3mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing and curing etc complete.

Supply and fabrication of steel for R.C.C work using R.T.S & M.S rod including cost and conveyance of all materials to site all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Filling with 40 mm BSS HBG metal from approved quarry and including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement, Five Sand) using best quality of country bricks including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement and three sand) to 12mm thick including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with design coloured scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Emulsion Paint over plastered wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for new iron work including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supplying and fabrication of the following steel door of Size 1.00x1.80m works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Supplying and fabrication of the following UPVC door of Size 0.75x1.80m works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Supply and fixing of following L angle truss including cost of Material conveyance of all material, fabrication and fixing charges etc.Complete as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3) sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. switch box with 5amps F.T. switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 14 SWG wire for open Light point/ fan point (SD No. 20)

Supply and fixing of 4'40W twin box type fluorescent fittting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting with fluorescent Tubes.SD-91

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W CFL lamp with CFL. SD-83

Supply and fixing of 1000 lit HDPE Tank ISI make with all accessories such as Tank Nipple, Washer etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specifications.
