Revamping of CWCP towers and associated works at IGCAR, Kalpakkam.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick or 100mm thick (consolidated thickness) as per Engineer-in-Charge requirement for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing light jungle area of all kinds of shrubs, bulb weeds, grass, small plants, branches including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, thorny leaves etc. complete, and disposing the same as place specified by Engineer, transporting at contractors own cost complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unwanted cut bulb weeds, wild grass, unwanted vegetation are to be periodically collected and transported to dumping yard. During execution period any damages shall be rectified to the original at contractor cost. The measurement for payment shall be taken prior to cut the jungle and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of labour, transportation, loading, and unloading at dumpyard or place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) gutter of size 350x350mm fabricated using two coats of Isophthalic grade Uv stablilized gel top coating followed by reinforcement of chopped stand mat and woven roving duly imprignated with unsaturated polsyter isophthalic resin with extra reinforcement of MS strip of size 25x3mm at a distance of 1000mm C/C starting from one end of the gutter to be embedded with the gutter at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: FRP items shall be UV stabilised.
