Chair CB Steel W/Arm Drawing No FD-75(M) Overall size shall be 535mm wide,560mm deep and 900mm high. Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Frame of chair shall be made out of mild steel conduit of 25mm dia (Outer) with 1.60mm wall thickness. Timber for seat, back rest and arm shall be Ist class teak wood. Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4 mm thick plastic cane half round of superior quality, white colour. Pattern of weaving shall be Godrej pattern. Width of cane for border and strengthening band shall be 3.5mm. The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to ERW frame.The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers..Bottom of legs shall have hard rubber shoes. All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be painted with two coats of paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

Mazagine Rack medium Drawing No FD-365 Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 800mm high and 100mm wide or deep. Back shall be of 12mm thick MDF board.The vertical partitions(05 in nos) shall also be of 12mm thick MDF board.The horizontal rails of teak wood 10mm thick and 50mm wide (04 in nos) shall be fixed on back as shown on drg .The 16 equal partitions made so far shall be provided with acrylic transparent persepex sheet 3mm thick in slanting in 5mm groove made in vertical paritions.The top left and right back shall be provided with a key plate for hanging purpose.The all edges of MDF board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. All wood and teak veneer surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish.

Stool dressing Drawing No FD-252 Stool dressing shall be manufactured to the shape, size and design as shown on drawing. Timber species shall of super group as per IS 13622:1993 with permissible moisture content. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick for seat and 3.5mm wide cane shall be used for border. Caning shall be done in Godgrej pattern. All exposed wooden surfaces shall be french polished to glossy finish. Rest all as per drawing.

Table office clk steel Drawing No FD-1004 Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 610mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of size 1160x570x742mm .four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners of same size shall be provided at 130mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners. Three drawers of equal size shall be provided on the right hand side above the stiffener at 130mm high with overall size of 350mm wide and 430mm high and 410mm deep..The top of table shall be provided with pre-laminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with teak veener shade and 4mm thick teak wood edging alround the table .Hard rubber/PVC toes shall be provided to the legs.Locking device shall be provided to drawers. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.

Table Card for 4 person Drawing No FD-352 Over all size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood of first class quality (MP teak). Four legs shall be 55mmx35mm in section and 741mm high joined together with teak wood plank of 20mmx100mm in section except 345mm width of drawer. where teak wood plank shall be of 20mmx40mm. Four stiffeners of 20mmx100mm in section 441mm long shall be provided with the sides of drawers making four equal spaces to have four drawers of 300mm x300mm (internal width). On one side of the drawers 20mmx60mm in section 349mm long fillets shall be provided to fill the gap wher ewooden leg is 55mm wide. 25mmx25mm in section 349mm long teak wood fillet shall be provided at the bottom side of 20mmx100mm fornt plank flushing the bottom edge with bottom of fillet on bots sides of drawers. Track rails flushing with top edge of drawer shall be provided on both sides of the drawers which shall be of 25mmx25mm in section and 349mm long having a rebate of of 12mmx12mm in section for the guide rails. Sides, back of drawer shall be of 19mm thick teak wood plank 60mm high. Sides shall be 349mm long and back shall be 324mm long. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial and provided to have the drawer spaces as 300mmx300mmx40mm. Front teakwood plank of drawer shall be of 20mmx60mm in section and 399mm long. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on visible portion of top of legs when placed in position. Top shall be of 19mm thick particle bd commercial over which best quality green Baize cloth shall be fixed turned downwards to cover the top edges and again turned inside up to 15mm. Teak wood edging, 4mm thick and 19mm wide, shall be provided al-round the top of the table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish preferably lacquer finish Eight corners of flat iron 25mmx3mm and 200mm long bent to right angle shall be screwed to the joints of legs and front panels. Where drawers are provided, the flat iron angles shall be housed in top and in legs by making rebate so that no hindrance shall be caused to smooth running of drawers.

Side board Drawing No FD-241 Side Board shall be manufactured to the shape, size and design as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1220mm long, 455mm wide and 760mm high. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer fininsh. Rest all as per drawing.

Book case steel Drawing no FD-69 Overall size shall be 1905mm high,915mm wide and 305mm deep. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. Skeleton type of shelving with enclosed back and sides fitted with seven shelves (including top and bottom) adjustable making six compartments. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.Rest all as per drg.

Sofa set double seater Drawing No FD-281 Overall size of one Seat shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set 2 seater shall consist of two single seats. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP).Legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front . Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (one numbers in seat and one numbers in the back). The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth (approved by GE , not less than Rs:300/meter)or as directed byEngineer-in-charge. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest.Rest all as per drg.

Table office officers steel Drawing No FD-1003 Over all size shall be of 1680x870 x760mm. 25 mm MS square tube 1.6 mm thick shall be provide to frame 1 mm thick MS sheet nominal all around for drawer.Top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board ISI mark (exterior gde) one side decorative finish approved by GE and 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around shall be provided for top.Three drawers shall be provided on right hand sides of table.A cupboard with front openable door shall be provided on the left side of the table.A shelf shall aslo be provided at the middle of cupbaord.All sheet for drawers shelf and cupboard and back covering shall be 1mm thick.Hard rubber shoes shall also be provided to the bottom of legs.Rest all as per drgs All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Table centre 2-tier Drawing No FD-274 Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drawing.
