Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders etc including making good the disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through in including surface PVC casing and caping (ISI Marked) not less than 20mm wide with existing sunken box including 3 mm thick laminated sheets for mounting switches/sockets with all accessories as required including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity conductor of green colour for one light point/ fan point/ bell point/ one 5/6 Amp socket outlet controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but, one socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for staircase light point controlled by 02 Nos two way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but for 15/16Amp socket out let, independent with 4.0 Sqmm copper cable of PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and 4.0 Sqmm copper conductor cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor of green colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/ conduit by unscrewing from wall,ceiling and making good surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sub main wiring with 4 runs of 10 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt and two runs of copper earth wire 10 Sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia and necessary cutting and chasing as required including making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 4 runs of 10 Sqmm copper cable, 2 run of 10 Sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt and one run of copper earth wire 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including surface casing and caping not less than 25mm wide complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of casing andcaping shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for spray painting with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surface of the ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep, filling cavities with filler after cleaning dust in situ or in other position complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor of 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts and washers, split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed
