Replacement of wornout delivery pipes with allied mechanical works at LIS cum dewatering schemes ALi check and Yechgeeru

Providing and fitting of 300 mm nominal dia, 6 mm thick (with ± tolerance), mild steel ERW Pipe piece. The pipe shall be duly coated with steel primer and two coats of black bituminous paint. The pipe piece is to be fitted overhead on the delivery side of the pumping unit to replace the wornout pipe. The job is to be executed by way of cutting and welding work at site to align perfectly with the existing alignment of the system. Extra cutting and welding if any required at site for perfect fitment and alignment as per site conditions to make the pipe line leakproof is also included in the job. Job also includes all types of handling like dragging etc from road site to actual site of execution of job through uneven and hilly terrain. Shifting of Welding machine, oxyacetylene gas cylinders along with gas cutter and hose pipes etc and other tools and tackles viz tripod stand etc [required for completion of job at site] from workshop to site of work which is Ali Chek New and back shifting of the same from site to workshop after completion of job at site by engaging a load carrier. Dismantling of damaged/ wornout pipe from delivery side by way of cutting out rusted nuts/ bolts from one side and cutting out MS Pipe circumfrencially from other side to retrieve the pipe out for its replacement by using oxyacetylene gas cutter at site. [Ali Chek New]

Fabrication of MS Spacer of 2 feet long from above supplied 300 mm dia MS Pipe by way of cutting and welding work at site [Ali Chek New]

Dismantling and extraction of the excessively worn out M.S pipe pieces of nominal dia as 350/ 300 mm from the Delivery system of pumping unit & dismantling of damaged 300mm dia MS Bends from the delivery side of the same pumping Unit, by way of cutting out rusted out nuts and bolts and dismantling and handling of the allied fittings as required as per site conditions to carry out the job safely and easily.
