Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unuseful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and leveling to the required grades and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all lobour , machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required). the cost of useful materials such as stones,shingles,aggregates and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side,which shall not be less than one tenth of JW,one sixth of SR and one third of HR.qty. =0.00 cum which shall be proportionately increase/decrease as the qty. of earth work increase/ decreas in all cases recovered from the contracto @170/-( one hundred seventy only) per cubic metre shall be efacted any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

All useful material such as stones , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site and handed over to the department free of cost to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. serviceable stones to be handed over to the department free of cost. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen milimeters) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thrity into thrity into five milimeters ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth string courses and the like.

Stair cases(except spiral stair cases) excluding but including preparing of the surface and finishing of the nosing upto all floor level.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under twenty centimetre wide.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 m thickness) (zero point ten ) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation etc.complete.

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing in all floor levels.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor level in all heights,and as per HP. Applying cement slurry on Reinforcement Cement concrete slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kgs. (Two point seventy five Kilogramme) of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying DPC 38 mm Thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement isto wo sand isto four graded stone aggregate 12.50 mm nominal Size) and curring complete as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Applying a coat hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 Kg.(one point seventy kilogramme ) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure and plinth using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) upto all floor level. as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
