Excavation by mechanical means (JCB or Hydraulic excavator ) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes , refilling consolidation including the cost of diversion for traffic, crossing over trenches for access to the house , watching fencing etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/ inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

First class brick masonary 229 mm thick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth including supply recarriage of bricks cement.

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on sides walls.

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on bed and top.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 hand mixed but including steel reinforcement.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 including supply, carriage & with stone ballast or shingle.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge.

Lowering, jointing of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 700 mm dia laying same to correct gradient and alignment and jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in all depths complete in all respect.

Lowering, jointing of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 400 mm dia laying same to correct gradient and alignment and jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in all depths complete in all respect.

Jointing and cutting of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 150 mm dia for vent pipe into trenches and laying same to correct alignment as per IS 458:2003.

Wrought Iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. complete fixed in position in D-tank.

Providing & fixing M.S. foot rests made of 23x25 mm square bar including fixing in Haudis complete with cement concrete 1:2:4.

Providing and fixing of Alfa Valve fitted on riser pipe to act as Nakka (D regulators).

Centreing & shuttering for Concerte faces.

Providing & fixing of steel shutter gate assembly in main pipeline complete in all respect.

Earth work involved in dismantling open flume A.P.M. or O.S.M. type outlets with ‘H‘ more than 0.50 m but upto 0.90 m (including excavation, refilling, consolidation and dressing) .

Dismantling O.F., A.P.M. or O.S.M. type outlets consisting of total dismantling with ‘H‘ more than 0.50 m but upto 0.90 m.

Extra labour for dressing bricks on O.F. and A.P.M. type outlets with ‘H‘ more than 0.50 m but upto 0.90 m.

PCC 1:4:8 with Stone Ballast 40 mm gauge using concrete mixer volume metric type

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth

RCC M-20 in superstructure

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Centering & Shuttering for flat surfaces such as roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc.

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete.

Providing APM cast iron block complete in all respects including supply of pig iron , casting and pattern making, as per ISI specifications no. 7986-1976 0.20 ft = 6.1 cm (min wt 65 kg)
