Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 metre (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and all kinds of soil including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundation Footings, basis of column etc mass concrete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in Drain, catch pit, toe walls, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size for toe wall and wing wall excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/ SAIL/ Apollo/ JSW Make ) in framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, door and window frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm (Four millimetre) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (Fifty into fifty millimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (Two millimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as manufacturers specifications. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero per ten square metre) (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX) of approved brand and manufacture including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
