Fabrication, SITC of Outdoor MV Switch Board Panel made of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel and outer shell made of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, double door type, floor mounting, bottom entry type with rain guard and removable gland plates suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, A.C.System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, including providing RCC pedestal and grouting the panel, etc., complete as required and comprising of the following:

A) Two Nos. of 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as INCOMERS with C.T. operated Digital VAF Meter, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, Interlocking Facility with Incomers and Buscouplers as required.

B) One No. 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Bus Coupler with ON/OFF Indication Lamps as required.

C) One No. of 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, C.T. operated Digital VAF Meter, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.

D) Twelve Nos. of 63 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.

E) One Set of 300 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required.

F) All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches, etc. complete as required.

One No. of 125 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as INCOMERS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps.

Four Nos. of 63 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.

One Set of 200 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required.

SITC of MV Switch Board [Wall mounted Panel] made out of 2mm Thick CRCA Sheet, dust tight and vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC System with 63 Amps MCCB as incomer, 100 Amps Busbar and 8 Nos of out goings having 32 Amps FP MCB & 3 Phase Energy meter ( 10-60 Amps, class 1 accuracy), interconnection with 6 Sqmm wire/cable for outgoings (Busbar to MCB & MCB to energy Meter), 100 Amps bus bar strip for incomer, all connections, din bars for mounting all switch gears, proper dressing of cables, earthing, painting, grouting the Panel on wall, providing knock out glanding plates including providing proper separation between energy meters etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., confirming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (.75 mtr below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Supplying and laying of 125 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., confirming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (.75 mtr below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of following dia RCC pipe NP2 class ( light duty ) in ground compkete with RCC collaars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement :2 fine sand including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Construction and supply of per-cast RCC Manhole Chamber of internal Dimension 1Mx1Mx1M ( External 1.2Mx1.2Mx1.2M) with RCC half split top cover of thickness 100mm with L angle reinforced at all sides of top and bottom of covers, lifting hook including finishing with Cement Cost as required.

Supply of 45W LED street light luminarie ( Efficacy not less than 110 Lumens/watt) with pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened glass cover, IP 66, suitable for operating at 230 V+/- AC Supply as required.

Erection of existing metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre

Installation,Testing, Commissioning of street light fittings directly on street light pole, including connections with 3x1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable from MCB to fitting, earthing etc., complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixng 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of openwell type submersible pump of 210 LPM discharge (minimum) at 30 mtr head, C.I impeller, SS shaft etc with 3 HP/2.2KW motor suitable for 50mm dia delivery line for operation on 415 V, 3 phase power supply etc, min. 6 mtr suitable submersible cable including supply and fixing of 50mm dia NR Valve and butterfly valve and bringing the delivery line outside of the UG sump i/c all accessories and supports etc, complete as required (As per list of AAI approved makes)

Providing Civil Works as required as detailed below:

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connection plate, i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including struting, propping etc, and removal of all form for all heights

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Brick work with bricks of class designation 60 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 12mm thick of mixture 1:6
