Note for ser item No. 1 to 87.22 :-

1. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient technician with helpers (as approved by GE / Engineer-in-charge) for maintenance of summer appliances at 13BRD, 16 BRD, 27 ED & 31 MCU and contractor's site supevisor/site engineer shall report at 0900 hrs daily excluding Sunday & holiday to collect the complaints & complete the same complaint detailed by JE E/M /Engineer-in-charge with in 24 hrs.

2. The complaints shall be rectified with in 24 hrs. If the complaints is/are not complited on same day (except repair/ replacement of major items like repair/ replacement of compressor, cooling coil, condensing coil, fan motor ducting work of AC plant & insulation work. these work can be completed in time period (max 36 Hrs) as decided by Engineer-in-charge after which recovery shall be made as under), the recovery will be done as follows

(a) After 24 Hrs Rs - 1000.00 Per complaint per day.

The decesion of GE on recovery against penalty shall be final and binding and No representation whatsoever shall be entertained.

3. The technicians for repair of summer appliances can be called during non-working days/hrs (i.e. Sunday, Holidays & after working hrs) for any vital complaint at AF Station PALAM.

Note:- The amount of Rs 1,48,268/- against Schedule of Credit on Page Nos 120 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
