Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Extra for stone work, random rubble masonry/coarse rubble masonry/ashlar masonry upto floor V level for every four floors or part thereof

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Supply and filling of sand under floors in Plinth including watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete. (including cost of sand) inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) inclusive of all Carriages and Lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).Second kail wood

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Second class Kail wood 30mm

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Supply and fixing of internal and external Water connections with all C.P Brass fixtures like Bib-Cock's, Wall Mixers , Basin Mixers , Health Faucets,Angle Valve's towel rail, CP connections etc & All sanitery Instalations like W.C 's, Wash Basin's,Cistern's, Urinals etc With Required P.V.C Fittings and P.V.C Pipes upto Disposal system Complete job Ready to use all complete
