Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any location (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brickwork , precast concrrete block walling or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of cables , stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for Hard core of broken hard stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63 mm , deposited spread as subbase to inter locking tiles in layers n.exc 15cm thick , watered & well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1 :4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel of drains benching finished the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 in copings , cills ,railings, seismic and similar bands Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggrregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as directed (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms, moulds , mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

S&F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and finished the even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed (Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of sand cushoining).

M&L for forming Construction joint (Dummy) Joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two coat ie. 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement using WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wall primer on concrete surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of concrete surface complete all as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe 300mm bore Class NP2 (ISI Marked ) alongwith collar laid to slope in trenches over PCC bed & jointed in cement mortar 1:3 and tested on completion complete all as specified and directed.
