Notes:- Two wires of 6 sqmm and one earth wire of 6 sqmm & PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for Rewinding of ceiling fans 1200mm sweep including opening of fan, Removing the burnt copper winding of ceiling fan after testing and cutting the rotor coil complete and making clean the rotor & the stator and rewinding with and including super enamelled copper wire of approved quality of existing gauge, over-hauling, lubricating with fresh grease including assembling with replacement of unserviceable parts (to be measured & paid seperately) and testing for satisfatory operation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Opening of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep of any make for over-hauling complete including providing fresh clean lubricating Oil/ grease, reassembling for proper functioning , with replacement of unserviceable parts (to be measured & paid seperately as supply only item and fixing cost shall be include in quoted rates) and testing for satisfatory operationcomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC flexible 3 core 1.5 sqmm cable hrfr with copper con-ductor of size 16/0.20 mm from ceiling rose to fan including connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Inspection and maintenance of water heater (Geyser) of capacity, 25 ltrs to 50 litres including performing the following task at different locations of COSA Mil Stn. (a) Removing the heather plate assembly and descaling the heating element/pipe either by use of acid or equa cleaner to make it functional complete (b) Checking and setting of thermostat between 70 to 80 degree Celsius (c) Check working of NRV stop cock, pressure release valve and servicing carefully to make it functional (d) Repairing of earthing connection, power switch, socket connection replacement of indicator lamp to make it functional (e) Examine water leakage and rectifying as required and replacement of rubber washer gasket etc to make it functional (f) Inspect over flow vent pipe, safety valve and remove blockage if required to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of heating element of rating 2 KW to geyser 25 to 50 litres capacity, any type, make complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 37 here in above but 1.5 KW capacity

S & F in repairs of Thermostate for geyser of capacity 25 to 50 litres any type, make complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs inner copper tank made out of cold rolled pure electrode type copper sheet double lapped welded internally and hydraulically tested for geyser 25 litres capacity complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and all as specified including testing on completion.Notes: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II and also refer Plate No-03. M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of desert cooler of any type and any make, fixed at different location a in HQ COSA military station including taking down, cleaning all dirt, dust, oiling of motor and pump, checking of parts, including replacement of nuts bolt, screw etc and preparation of the desert cooler body and tank by scrubbing the old paint and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and replacement of unsv parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 67895.00.
