Removing old lime cement plaster from walls including racking out jouts 12mm deep and removing the debries away from the work site including all labur T&P articles etc.required for the work and etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge (a ) Ist. Floor.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) over in side brick wall after racking out the joints including watering , curing with cost , carriage, royalty of all materials , labour , T & P and scafolding as required etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in charge . (a ) Ist. Floor.

Remoiving old grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface ,lowering and removing debries within 50Mt lead from wroking araetc. . including wateringm and curring with all cost and conveyance all labour T & P articles etc.required for the work etc.comlete as per specificaiton and dirction of the Engineer-in charge.

4cm thick Grading Concrete in C.C. (1:2:4) on roof slab with 6mm size H G C B Chips including lifting the materials and hoisting the concrete to required level with curring ramming finishing etc etc.complete in all respect to proper slope and level with all watering and curring with all cost,conveyance royality and all Labour T & P required for the work etc.complete. as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Allumunium anodised T Section No. 3215 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Alumunium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceilling etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of Model No.C443 of GYPSUM India Ltd.having cross section demension 112 x80MM& fixing the same by providing by PVC Plug screw,cronic ,fevicol etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with any approved shade good distemper over the interior surface of the walls and ceiling including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials,royality taxes and cost of indigo glue with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(a) Ground Floor.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved good colour over the interior surface of the walls and ceiling including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalities taxes and cost of indigo glue with T & P etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.
