Transportation of 6 inch x 6m dia MS pipes from from site to workshop, stacking and welding of flanges at both ends (Welding electrode, Electricity, gas & flanges to be provided by SECL)

Transportation of 8 inch x 6m dia MS pipes from from site to workshop, stacking and welding of flanges at both ends (Welding electrode, Electricity, gas & flanges to be provided by SECL)

Fabrication of 6 inch bends by cutting of 6 inch pipe to required angle, welding of bend and flanges at both end(Welding electrode, Electricity, gas & flanges to be provided by SECL)

Fabrication of 8 inch bends by cutting of 8 inch pipe to required angle, welding of bend and flanges at both end(Welding electrode, Electricity, gas & flanges to be provided by SECL)

Extension/modification of suction pipeline of various pump sets as per requirement by application of bends,nipples of suitable size and angle (Welding electrode, Electricity, gas & flanges to be provided by SECL)

Providing of nut bolts 5/8" X 2.5"

Reconditioning of Pontoon by Cleaning the entire inner & outer body of the pontoon , Identifying the leakage and damaged portion of joints/ inner supports of pontoon and repair by welding and water sealing, Painting of pontoon on all sides with one coat of red oxide in and two coats of rubber paint on the whole body of the pontoon and providing safety railing and shed for motor. (Note: Nine pontoons are available and need to be reconditioned each year)
