Supply, install, testing & commissioning of outdoor type step down (2.5 MVA) transformer fixed on stage complete with standard fittings, HT 33/11KV ON load tap changing system and NGR unit , HT 3 Phase, 2500 KVA capacity, Boltless core design, Class A insulation copper wound oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural -air natural with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and at ON load tap changing system on HT side to vary secondary voltage (HV) in accordance with vactor group DYN- 11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (HV side) and having changing tap arrangements up to +5 % to -15% @ 1.25 % (OLTC) on HV side to be changed by means and hand operated off tape changer gear .the maximum temprature rise should not exceed 50/55 deg .C in HV winding when measured by resistance method after continious full load run on an ambient temp 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be confirming to IS:2026 as amended up to date and shall comprises of following : (a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and neutral brought out on a bushing. (b)Oil level gauge indicating Oil level min and max. (c) Lifting lugs (d) Rating and terminal marking plates

(e) Dehydrating breathing device with silica gel jelly (f) Drain cum filter valve with blanking plate (g)100 mm dia thermometer 0-120°c with metal gaurd and reset device vapour pressure type in pocket on tank cover (h) oil conservator with filtre type drain valve (i)3 Nos bushing on both Side with copper /brass rod /stud threaed type with nut ,bolt washers etc and cable end box with brass cable glane of size 185 Sqmm (j)Transformer oil with initial filling of cap above 50 KA tested as per IS-335(2018)/SMST (Make: Transoil / power or Equivalent of make As approved by this HQ ). Make: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)Crompton Greaves/Siemens Ltd/Schneider/ABB or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer. NOTE : (i) The transformer is to be provided with all required accessories as per OEM recommendation including suitable size of foundation of cement concrete/stone as per drawing approved by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The cost of the foundation will be paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (iii) The core of transformer shall be made up of high grade low loss CRGO with M4 grade or better Electrical steel, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibration. (iv) Transformer shall be boltless core design. (v) Inspection of transformer shall be done at manufacturers premises. (vi) The test of transformer losses measurement shall be carried out by digital meters of class 0.5 or better accuracy class and should be calibrated by NABL accredited lab. (vii) The manufacture must have their own NABL accredited lab and in house core cutting facility. (viii) All the test i.e (a) Insulation Test (b) Phasing / Polarity test (c) Test for dielectric stregenth of oil (d) Injection test (e) Load test (f) Zero Sequence Inpredence test (g) Ratio tests (h) Tripping test (i) Buch holz Relay Test (J) Tap changing test (K) Single Phase, magnetic balance test as per IS: 10028 (Part-II) 1981 will be conducted before dispatch in the presence of rep as detailed by HQ in the factory premises.

Supplying ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 33000 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core unearthed suitable for 33KV un earthed systems all as specified and directed . Make: KEI / POLYCAB / RPG.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per serl item No. 8.00 but exc. 1.50 but n.exc 3.0 m deep complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing tubes light grade GI tubing 100 mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2 ( 1:4:8 ) ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundation of PCC poles / struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 ( 1:3:6 ) ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1 ( 1:2:4 ) ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix HT metal oxide type 33 KV 10 KA station class ( lightening arrestors ) confirming to IS 3070 (Part 1) having voltage rating 12 KV, Rated frequency-50 HZ, Nominal Discharge current 10 KA ( Heavy duty ) complete with all fittings , suitable for 11KV, 3-Phase, earthed distribution system complete all as specified.
