M&L for preparation of old corrugated decorated surfaces of AC Sheets by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts etc. and applying one coat of water emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WEP to be done by sprayer.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and cleaning and removing all scales and dust from PVC water tank manually and cleaning, scraping inner surfaces of tank by means of brush and then washing with clear water and cleaning of mouths of circulating pipes of capacity of tank exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre including writing date of cleaned outer body of the tank with computerzed stencil paper cutting 100mm high letters by synthetic enamel paint (white/black colour) and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, 20mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm dia Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork for ground floor and 1st floor to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, chajjas, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep, including for inserting TMT bar as required length and shaping horizonatal/vertical face of groove making good where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm dia TMT bars as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or occuring with clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Grubbing up bushes or trees trunk of girth and area n.exc 10sqcm, including cutting of tree/bush grown in/over walls, roofs, anywhere in buildings, digging out roots including trunk protruding over ground, filling holes, and levelling off ground and making good the disturbed portion of wall with plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including matching the existing finishes and removal of tree/bushes from the site,including cutting out natural vegetation plants with grown up wall or in roof and making good the damaged portion to match with the existing including removing of serviceable materials to a distance n. exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L perparation of old decorated concrete surfaces of road side curb stone by complete removal of existing treatment by applying water and scapping of entire thickness of existing treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying two coat of coloured road paint (Yellow & Black in alternate layer) over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
