Providing and fixing of 12mm thick imported wooden paneling (T&G) including cost of 12mm thick ply wood in frame work, touch wood polishing and nails etc all complete.

Providing and fixing of 40x40mm size wooden cornice of approved design including nails and screws all complete as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm) 18mm thick

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge Granite Work

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand & manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 1 mm thick

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two coats

Providing and fixing of following types of switches, sockets, with Gang box and allied accessories including dismantling of existing switches and sockets with terminations as required.
