PROVISION OF CULVERT WITH HUM PIPE NEAR 15 DUMBELL AND HUME PIPES FOR DRAINABLE AT CERTAIN LOCATION AT 31 WING AIR FORCE STATION ARJAN SINGH PANAGARH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5 m deep and exc. 1.5 m wide for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering compacting with 8-12 ton power roller to compact upto 98% modified proctor density complete all as specified and directed.(Note;- Stack measurement of moorum/bajri(loose quantity) shall be entered in measurement book as' NOT TO BE ABSTRACT" before making payment to the contractor)

M&L for hard core (broken stone) of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cemen content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications fatrf Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of necessary T & P, other equipments, design mix & materials etc. shall be included the cost of this item.)

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap) .

Supplying and laying of 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note: PV of HDPE sheet shall be submitted before claiming of any payment)

M&L for for 200mm thick design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade, in road/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content(using minimum 360Kg ordinary portland cement grade 43 per cub m as pe design mix, using coarse sand with not exc 31.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate conforming to IS: 383 (grading and other parameters as specified in PS) and mixed wiht non circular systhetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slop/camber finished with required texture including steel form work with sturdy mild steel channel sectioned, curing marking provision for contraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(a) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Mix design and shall be approved by GE before execution. The Mix design shall be prepared and submitted by contractor duly approved by IIT/NIT only. (b) The cost of non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be included in this item. (c) All types of joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (f) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of ordinary portland cement, grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceeds 360 Kg. (g) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (h) Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 or higher only shall be used. (j) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of dewatering of concrete wit hvacuum dewatering machine finishing with mechanical trowel with trimix matching. (k) After using trimix technology of surface, the surface shall be finished with traverse brooming of mixmum 1.5 mm deep. (l) Cost of necessary T & P, other equipments, design mix & materials etc. shall be included the cost of this item.

M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed. (Note: PV of Chemical Compound & Other material shall be submitted before claiming of any payment)
