Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate ) as a sub base

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glazed paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness and M - 35 grade including 50 mm sand cushion including packing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick for laying floor finished .

M&L for Rubber moulded PU coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B - I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as coping or packing of sides, edges etc complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado, floor & vertical surface laid over cement screed and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 as in backing coat and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified

Taking down chowkat or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rail, braces,etc and similar work incl primer conform-ing to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete.

S&F 1.00 mm thick plain black steel sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames);chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs;ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required incl priming complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness , size , quality or description ) from wooden/metal frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds , glazed with putty or fixed with beads

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed. Note- Welder with welding machine reqd to fix wiremesh in old steel windows

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel painting on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of surfaces

M & L framed work such as grills, grating,gate etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe - 290-0 or E-165 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of surface with Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface with sand paper / Putty in accordance to standard Engineering practices to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- In - Charge. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

M&L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty over prepared surfaces of walls / ceiling including sanding of putty surface properly with ragemarg to make the surface free from dust or loose particles. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- In - Charge. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1 ltrs (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over and including priming coat with Roller finish and allow 6- 8 hrs to dry the surface for second coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

All as per item No. 22 above but on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall / Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality over wall / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height (Make : BERGER (WEATHER COAT ALL GUARD), ASIAN (APEX ULTIMA), NEROLAC (EXCEL TOTAL) BIRLA (OPUS PRIME E70))

M&L for applying of 1 mm thick exterior wall care putty over prepared surfaces of new/old walls/ceiling including sanding of putty surface properly with regmar to make the surface free from dust or loose particles. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- In - Charge. (The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height)

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible, and applying two coats of cement base paint over coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

Taking down cement plaster /duster bed PCC of Column, chajja, Parpapets of roof, facia, drops etc and making good with cemnet plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:3 with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (average thickness of PCC 25mm) as required, brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm including necessary form work and scaffolding upto 2nd floor including fixing of wire netting where required to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall/ Ceiling and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/ Old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

M&L 10 -12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer instruction on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick with water proofing compound in cement mortar 1:3 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling/ Chajjas complete all as specified. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+ 8th floor Height

S&F in repair/replace factory made steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) Drain covers without frames incl necessary hold fast/hooks of (Heavy duty) 600x450x70mm rectangular complete all as specified. Make Kreative concrete Company Product Code DC - 01 and equivelent.
