Preparing water & ramming surface for laying conc. Complete in all respect and as per drawing and design supplied by the department and as per PWD specification. (HSR Item No.10.122)

Laying cement conc. 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40 mm, nominal size in foundation of plinth. (HSR Item No.10.39)

Ist class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth 11.4

DPC 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm normal size with nominal size with 2 coats bitumen/5 mm layer. (HSR Item No.10.114)

Ist class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in super structure or per HSR 11.9

Providing 10 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:4. (HSR Item No.1.50)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 plain with stone agg. 20 mm nominal in F&P 10.41

Painting walls with exterior decorate cement based paint such as smosum rabbi etc. on new work (HSR Item No.16.61)
