CONSTRUCTION TO REHABILITATE OF OLD SEWER LINE IN THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF IMPHAL (SH CONSTRUCTION TO REHABILITATE OF OLD SEWER LINE IN THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF IMPHAL)

Design, supply, installation, curing, testing and commissioning of CIPP (UV cured or approved equivalent) structural lining, sealing of any leakage and infiltration including carrying out corridor survey, pre-rehabilitation CCTV survey, invert level survey, GIS mapping, design, preparation and submission of drawings, method statements and approvals, complete, Site preparation, access arrangements, temporary works, protection of existing utilities, dewatering and restoration for rehabilitation of 700 mm dia sewer, complete on turnkey basis, Temporary plugging/blocking of sewer lines, bypass pumping and flow diversion arrangements including operation and removal after completion of works complete, De-silting, cleaning and disposal of silt, debris and foreign materials from existing sewer lines including transportation to approved dumping site, complete, reinstatement of service connections, sealing, grouting, traffic management and restoration for 700 mm dia sewer including road restoration complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge on turnkey basis as per specification mentioned in the relevant schedule/guideline and relevant design criteria. 700 mm dia CIPP lining: i. District Transport Office to T-turn to Home Guard Battalion = 1370 m ii. RIMS New Sub Power Station to Cross road near office of the Commandant Home Guard to Thangmeiband-Langol Road = 1340 m iii. Johnstone Higher Secondary School to Keishampat PS via Kanglapat Traffic Point = 930 m Total length = 3640 m

District Transport Office to T-turn to Home Guard Battalion = 1082 m ii. Jiribam-Imphal Road via RIMS Road to Home Guard Battalion = 2150 m Total length = 3232 m

Rehabilitation/Construction of existing manholes including leak sealing, epoxy mortar lining, benching repair, providing of ladders and SFRC extra heavy duty frame & cover, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge on turnkey basis as per specification mentioned in the relevant schedule/guideline and relevant design criteria.

Post-rehabilitation CCTV survey, preparation and submission of as-built drawings, completion reports and handing-over documents, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge on turnkey basis as per specification mentioned in the relevant schedule/guideline and relevant design criteria.
