Charges for Re-assembling of IP Turbine stop valves and control valves Servomotor internals as per drawing by realesing the existing wornout spares and replaced by new available spares if required

Charges for Dismantling of IP Turbine stop valves and control valves internals from valve body by loosening of threaded ring / lock nut by using supplied special fixtures, removing the lock nut from the valve body and valve internals

Charges for Lapping and Blue Matching of IP Turbine stop valves and control valves stem with valve seat by Cleaning of valve body internal surface, valve stem, applying blue paste on valve stem, Checking blue contact, Lapping the valve seat and blue matching repeatedly till achieving blue contact between valve seat & stem.

Charges for Assembling of IP Turbine stop valves and control valves internals and IP Turbine stop valves and control valves servomotor in proper sequence with valve body and Coupling by replacing the new gland rings in valve, positioning the valve and tightening the bolts and coupling the valve with servomotor

Charges for Charging oil system and Checking IP Turbine stop valves and control valves operation as per the reference values

Charges for Inspection of stop valves and control valves Deck Spring by Conducting Dye Penetrate Test. on deck springs to identify the cracks by using Magnaflux make DPT kit including the cost of special consumables (Penetrant, Developer and cleaner).

Charges for Heating of stop valves and control valves Cap nuts and Bonnets during stop valves and control valves Disassembly and Reassembly This Works involves: Wrapping the heating coil around the Cap nuts/ Bonnets, Wrapping the Insulation over the heating coil, Heating the area to a specified temperature (400 degree Celsius) by adjusting the Thermostat, Switching OFF the supply after attaining the specified temperature, Wrapping down the Insulation from the heating coil, Wrapping down the heating coil from Cap nuts/ Bonnets. (For 1 No of valve 3 Nos of operation required for Cap Nut, Bonnet & Valve)
