Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 cms wide/ 15cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tolls equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflector zing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note: - Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch number, manufacturing date of the material to be used along with a photocopy of bill duly signed by the contractor and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage-cum-filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks ISI marked (IS code: 15658:2006) of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 as per IRC:SP:63-2004, over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

Pavement Marker (Solar Cat Eyes) moulded shank raised pavement markers made up of aluminum body with solar power cell size 100x100x21mm and 2 No. LEDS of 3 LED of 8mm dia dual direction each side and two colour red and white and shall support a load of minimum 20000 KG tested in accordance to ASTMD 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORTH Circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dated 11.06.1997. The height width and length shall not be exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm. ON each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+2 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+2 mm and height not less than 30+2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M/Alexis)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 studs of standard design, fixed in position, i/c finishing with exterior paint & primer coat & one 100mm wide retro reflective prismatic band consisting of 3mm ACP having high intensity micro prismatic sheeting confirming to IRC: 67:2012 on it duly fixed with 5 numbers 2” long screws with roller plug complete in all respect as per drawing in Section-9.

Notes:- 1. The item for which no rate or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed to be covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities (Refer: ITB Clause 13.2 and Part I General Condition of Contract 39.3). 2. Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupees [ITB Clause 14.1]. 3. Deleted.
