Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer should furnish valid COPY OF GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

Conditional bids will not be accepted or will be treated as non-responsive.

UNCONDITIONAL LOC FROM A NATIONALISED BANK-liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.6.81 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period).

Tenderer in his name should have achieved in at least Two financial year minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only for Rs.6.81 lakhs in last five years i.e. 2021-22 TO 2025-26 With UDIN Number.
