Survey, Designing, Planning, Drawing and Construction of 0.10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant on SBR Technology and Sewerage Network of Length 1930 m including Operation and Maintenance for 5 (Five) Years at Baratarai Colony of AUGSA of Jamuna Kotma Area.

Survey, Planning, Designing , Providing, Constructing, Hydraulic Testing, Commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Cyclic Activated Sludge Process Based (CASP) on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology, STP of 0.10 MLD Capacity consisting of Raw Sewage Sump, Sump Pump House, Plant Room, Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber, Inlet cum Equalization Tank, Aeration Tank (SBR), Disinfiction Tank,Sludge Sump and other MIscellaneous Civil works with necessary piping work including required valves, gates, drains, pathways etc.complete as turnkey job with all invoved Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per specifications for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components with all duties and taxes etc. complete to achieve pH around 6.5 - 7.5, COD <50 mg/l, BOD <10 mg/l, Suspended Solids <10 mg/l, Fecal Coliform <1000 MPN/100ml. All structural steel works/ fabrications are to be provided, with applicationof hot dip zinc coating according to specifications as per IS 4759 : 1996 (Reaffirmed 2006).

Surveing, Designing, Constructing and Commissioning of the Sewarage System / Sewerage Network for the complete colony for discharging the sewage to the STP consisting of the sewerage network of RCC pipe NP-2 class of dia 100 mm and length 406 meters approx as per the design including all necessary connections (including necessary modifications/traps, if any, as per requirement) and related jobs, pumping stations etc. as required including all complete items / works as per requirements & scope of work (excluding cost of Manholes and Chambers). (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length (406 meters approx) of Sewer network as specified).

(Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length (993 meters approx) of Sewer network as specified).

(Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length (531 meters approx) of Sewer network as specified).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means (total 40.61 cumecs approx) including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge : Nominal Concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in quantity (total 40.61 cumecs approx) as specified).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete (total 40.61 cumecs approx) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for repairing of existing apron behind quarters as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in quantity (total 40.61 cumecs approx) as specified).

Construction of Brick Masonry Chambers (146 Nos approx) for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design including required excavation work: Inside dimensions 455x610 mm and 45 cm deep for single pipe line With Flyash Bricks as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in Nos of Brick Masonry Chambers (146 Nos approx) as specified).

Construction of Brick Masonry Manholes (70 Nos approx) in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including required excavation work: Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) With Flyash Bricks as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. Construction of Brick Masonry Manholes (27 Nos approx) in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including required excavation work: Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116 kg (weight of cover 58 kg and weight of frame 58 kg) With Flyash Bricks as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials (total 140.61 cumecs approx) by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved as per requirement, detailed design & scope of work. (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in quantity (total 140.61 cumecs approx) as specified).

Operation and Maintennace of STP for 5 five years (Total 60 calender Months) after completion of construction of STP, Trial Run and commissioning of STP (including the required chemicals, man power T&P, spares, flushing of sewer net work once in every three months etc inculding disposal of sludge to the nearest location, all complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge).
