WBM (G-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification clause-508

Providing & laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per claus 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed site form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micorn thick polythine film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viobrators and finished in countinous operations including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints applying primer sealent, and construction joint, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to ines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.
