Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor,paving and any type of PCC(like kerb stone) n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints not more than 2.5 m (or as directed) and at corner, filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases,floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made cement concrete coloured chequered tile of size 300x300x25mm machine pressed (using vibro compaction method) with 3mm to 5mm thick topping in white cement and non fadeble glossy pigment (using rubberised moulded, glossy finish) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 but as in skirting on 10mm thick bedding in CM 1:4 as in dado

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete pre-laminated glossy coloured interlocking paver block any shape and conforming IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item No 06 but above of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), making drainage opening wherever required including excavation in any type of soil for laying,refilling of earth, demolition of old kerb stone and removal beyond MOD land making good disturbed suface by plastering in Cm1:4 or filling pcc (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in Path/hard standing Concrete laid in alternate panels & brooming the surface for depth of 2-3 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles,and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly Ash Brick (Non-Modular) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 15 but except bricks using old serviceable bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on new plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surface of wall including primer coat and preparation of surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint ( UV, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over one coat of exterior primer applied over new surfaces of kerb stones etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 22 but applying one coat including preparation of old surfaces of kerb stones.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete ( reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slabs (for septic tanks, manholes) and similar articles including necessary moulds/fromwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barded with 2mm dia wire at 75 mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, standard bolts including securing or tying at crossing with galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

All as per item No 27 but except barbed wire (using old serviceable wire retrieved from dismantling ) with restraining resecuring including making good staples etc.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing structure etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18mm granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of old stones/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, of any size jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required and removal complete all as specified & directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B1(1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar CM 1:4 complete with joints to match

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

S&F of precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and demolition of old jallies, removal of rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

Deduct :Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 21,250.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
