Supply and fix street light bracket 40 mm bore GI pipe/tubing light grade not more than 1.5 Mtr long band to shape with 2 nos MS clamps flat iron 50 x 5 mm for nuts, bolts and washers etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make- Prakesh surya/Swastik/Jindal.

Supply and fixing DigitalTime distribution board with 40 Amp 3 pole,240 Volt digital time switch (Make indoasian- TL040DBO) with suitable size of MCB,s and contactor in sheet metal enclosure fixed on wall/pole with suitable size of clamp complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge , Make-Indoasian/ L&T Havells.

S&F PVC insulated and weather proof three core copper multi stranded conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm size as required length, from junction box to connector of Street Light fittings in PVC conduit pipe 20 mm fixed on suitable size of MS clamp all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of LT PCC pole and removing the dismantling mtrl to more than 100 mtr distance as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

S&F Octagonal GI Pole 6 mtr long, top 70 mm and bottom 130 mm , base plae 200X200X12 mm PCD 200 mm including foundation bolts manufacturing from special steel along with nuts, washers and commmon template including single arm Bracket 1 mtr long with all earth work and RCC/PCC fondation worka as described in OEM manual complete all as as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make Bajaj, CG. Note :- The rate quoted shall deemed to be included for excavation and earh work includig PCC foundation as recommended by Engr-in-Charge/OEM.

Supply and laying in trenches/ducts or passing through pipe 1100 volt grade LTUG cable with XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric cable multistanded with aluminium conductor 1100V grade 4 core cross sectional area 10 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corruyated (DWC) Duct (Dura- Guard) of size 38mm inner dia as per IS-14930 Part - II for LT UG cable protection including coupler, elbows, T- Joint, Bends, etc and test report Make :- Dura- line/Gemini/Rex.

Supply and fix 40mm dia bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection etc laid in floor or fixed to poles with clamps etc all as specified and directed.Make- Prakesh surya/Swastik/Jindal.

Material and labour for cable joint termination box PVC body housing suitable for housing and including 100 Amps rated, 3phase, 4 wire system mounted on PVC insulators for one incoming and 2 outgoing cable entry space mounted on street light PCC/ tubular pole with 25 X 3 mm FI clamps with nut, bolts and washers including one 6 Amps MCB,SP, 240 Volt for street light supply,complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches as in any type of soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of GI/CI pipe lines and LT UG cable etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 50 mm bore of GI pipe line and connections complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F of GI pipe 20mm dia of bore, "medium grade" ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches or fix and wall with suitable size of clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve from existing position and Supply & Fix CI sluice valve ISI marked PN-1 confirming to IS14846 both ends flanged with stainless steel stem with high tensile gun metal parts, iron wheel head check nuts etc including jointing with rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washer of sizes 150 mm dia Art No 1079A of Make:Zoloto or Equivalent in BIR/VENUS/UPADHAYA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable valve chamber & Material & Labour for construction of valve chamber of size 0.90x0.90x0.90 mtrs internal dimension complete of brick masonary of 23 cm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on PCC 1:4:8 foundation 75 mm thick using 40 mm graded stone aggregates & coping in PCC having wall thickness of 0.26 mtrs 1 :3:6 10 mm thick at the top of brick wall using 20 mm graded stone aggregates and 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on exposed brick or concrete surfaces & MS cover of 3.15 mm thickness including 40 mm×40mm× 6 mm angle iron frame fixed with the same size of angle iron hold fast,handle with locking arrangement & two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surface and two coats of white wash on plastered concrete surface ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L fior cutting of existing CI pipe 150 mm dia and making joint for insertion CI Tee 150X150X50mm dia complete with CI tee and jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in- charge
